Explains the task: participants will capture moments from their daily lives both random and special, illustrating the uniqueness of their daily life.

“No one else will ever live the life you are living now.”
“Each person's life is a story that no one else can tell.”
Instructions
Photo collection: Participants take at least one photo a day, reflecting on why they chose each moment and what it represents.
Creating the Photo Journal: Support participants in arranging their photos into a digital journal using tools like Canva or PowerPoint, or Google Slides, adding short captions to each image.
Sharing and Discussion: Participants present their journals to the group, explaining their photo choices and the process behind collecting them.

What did you learn from others’ journals?
